Save the Dates! Course on CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION OF MANUSCRIPTS WRITTEN WITH IRON GALL INKS

Two training sessions dedicated to Paper conservators will take place soon at Centre de Recherche sur la Conservation (CRC) in Paris, France, in the framework of the continuing training program of the INP's Conservator Department.

The topics of the course are Conservation and Restoration Issues of manuscripts and drawings with Iron Gall inks, taking into account the latest research developments. This course is an opportunity to implement practical knowledge, ranging from mending techniques to Calcium phytate antioxidant treatments.
